1 - Open the actions panel by selection Windows – Actions.

2 – Click on the little arrow in the top right of the actions panel.

3 – Select “Load Actions…” from the drop down menu.

4 – In the explorer that opens, navigate to where the action file is saved and select the file.

5 – The actions set will appear as a folder in the actions palette.  To see all the actions contained in the set, click the little triangle on the left of the folder icon to expand the actions of this set. A set may contain more than one action that produce different effects.

6 – To run an action, highlight it and click the play button at the bottom of the actions panel.
